Schedule: Generally, the weekend of the last Saturday of the month between January and May, please check the events calendar for actual scheduled dates.
Friday Evening: Equipment setup
Saturday: Launch 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday: Launch 9:00am – 12:00pm; followed by breakdown

Weather: Saying Texas Weather is unpredictable is an understatement — TNT will give as much notice as possible if weather conditions do not permit us to launch.

Waiver: Commercial Motors: 32,000 ft AGL
Research Motors: 29,000 ft AGL
Tripoli Certifications: We encourage everyone to pursue their advanced certifications. Our Tripoli Prefect will be on site and available to available to witness certification flights and administer proficiency tests as required for Level 1 and level 2 certifications. If you are planning a certification flight, please not this in your launch registration and give us the details of your flight.
College Teams: We welcome all college teams and individual students to attend our launches. for additional detail on our student offerings - please see the section of our website titled "College Team Information".
Motors: All flights must stay under the waiver! Let us know during the launch registration process if you plan on flying anything larger than an L.
High Power Flyers: All fliers launching H motors or above must present a current TRA or NAR membership card at the launch field during registration.
Restrictions: Sparky Motors may be allowed depending on field conditions - the launch director will decide no later than Friday evening before the launch.
Port-a-Potty - Available on the field - Donations are appreciated to help cover the cost of the rest rooms.

Spectators and Model Rocket Fliers (A-G motors) Free
Student & Junior Club Members $10.00
TNT Club Members $20.00
Non-Club Members $30.00
There is also a small processing fee added applied at registration

Saturday Social and Dinner - At the conclusion of the Saturday launcheveryone is invited to the Cache Creek Hunt Club located app. 5 minutes from the field. It is a relaxing environment to socialize with other rocketeers and discuss the day's activities. Additionally, we cook a big meal for all to share. The event is BYOB and donations are appreciated for the cost of the food.
If you would like to attend, please note this on your registration so we know how much food to prepare.
